Selection into the scholarship program considers academic prowess, financial circumstances, and the student's overall personality.

With personalized assessments and home visits, Unnathi addresses students' diverse needs, providing both quantitative support through financial aid and qualitative assistance, including personal counseling, skill development, career guidance, safe housing, and emotional support.

Financial Support:

Offer comprehensive financial support through scholarships covering various components of the student's educational expenses. This includes college fees, stationery, upskilling costs, food, accommodation, transport, and sometimes even medical expenses. This holistic approach aims to remove financial barriers and provide a conducive environment for the student's educational journey.

Qualitative Support:

Offer qualitative support, including counselling, career guidance, safe housing, and emotional assistance, to address the multifaceted challenges students may face.

Mentoring and Guidance:

Implement mentoring programs facilitated by seniors and industry experts through online modes. This provides students with valuable insights, guidance, and a support system to navigate their educational and career paths successfully.

Peer Support Initiatives:

Establish online peer support clubs, such as book clubs, creating a sense of community and collaborative learning among students.
