Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Donation Refunds
Donations made to PADALA CHARITABLE TRUST are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in cases of errors or unauthorized transactions. To request a refund, please contact us at pctonlineinfo@pct-india.org
- Event Registration
For event registrations, refunds may be available under certain conditions, as specified in the event details. Requests for refunds must be made in writing to pctonlineinfo@pct-india.org
- Monthly Donations
Monthly recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at pctonlineinfo@pct-india.org. Cancellations made after the donation has been processed for the current month will not result in a refund for that month.
- Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any changes will be posted on our website.
