On October 20th, the Padala Charitable Trust (PCT) team visited APRS Tuni (Girls) as part of the School of Excellence (SOE) programme, supported by the donors Saransh INC. The initiative aimed to enhance the student's learning experience through the modules within the SOE, including Swechha, SET, and Sethu. However, the students faced challenges in fully grasping the in-depth content of the sessions.
To address this, Art & Craft activities were introduced into the curriculum. These creative activities helped break down complex ideas, offering students a more interactive and visual way to engage with the concepts. Incorporating Art and Craft into the lessons not only made the learning process more enjoyable but also nurtured a variety of essential skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving and emotional expression.
These sessions served as a bridge to foster a deeper understanding of the content, making it more accessible and relatable. The hands-on activities increased student engagement, helping them retain information more effectively. Through Art & Craft, the students were able to approach their studies with greater creativity and enthusiasm, reinforcing their learning in a fun and meaningful way.
