On January 25, 2025, a significant milestone was achieved at APRS Tuni (Girls) Jagannadagiri in Kakinada District, as critical infrastructure improvements were inaugurated, greatly enhancing the safety and comfort of the 500 girls residing at the school. The school, which serves students from grades 5 to 10, has been part of the School of Excellence (SoE) program for the past two years. During this period, several challenges related to the living conditions and safety of the students were identified, prompting the school management to approach the Program Coordination Team Padala Charitable Trust (PCT) for support.

In 2023-24:A major concern was the lack of safety in the hostel, particularly during late-night hours when students had to visit the washroom. The school requested the installation of iron grills, which were funded by the Saransh INC with a ₹2 lakh investment, ensuring the security of the girls.

In 2024-25:Another issue was the inadequate dining space. The girls had to eat in a cramped shed, often standing or enduring harsh weather conditions. To address this, the school management requested support for a new dining shed. With the help of Saransh Inc a new shed was built at a cost of ₹2 lakhs, providing a comfortable space for all 500 students to dine.

These improvements have made a lasting impact on the safety, comfort, and learning environment at APRS Tuni (Girls) Jagannadagiri.

The students, faculty, and staff are extremely grateful for the continued support from Saransh Inc. This initiative not only improves the physical infrastructure of the school but also enhances the overall learning environment for the students.
