On 26th October 2024, the Vaaradhi Children Meet 2 was successfully conducted by PCT at APSW Lovakothuru (Boys) Tuni, as part of the ongoing Vaaradhi initiative aimed at supporting the education and personal growth of students. The event was supported by the TANA Foundation (USA).
The program began with the distribution of two pairs of clothes to 80 seventh-grade students, providing them with practical support to boost their self-esteem and confidence. In addition to this, (SET - Student Empowerment Training) session was organized, focusing on self-awareness, emotional understanding, and goal-setting. Through interactive activities, students were encouraged to reflect on their strengths and aspirations, empowering them to take charge of their personal growth.
The event was honored by the presence of Tuni Rural CI, Mr. G. Chinnakesavarao, who delivered an inspiring speech. His advice on the importance of education and perseverance was a motivational highlight for the students. As part of the initiative, a donation of books worth 5,000 rupees was made to the school’s library, which was gratefully acknowledged by the school principal. This contribution aims to enrich the students' learning environment and provide them with valuable resources for academic success.
The event concluded with great enthusiasm and appreciation from both students and faculty. We are confident that such initiatives will continue to have a positive impact on the students, motivating them to excel in both their academic and personal journeys.
