Dhwani Foundation Team (Shri Siva Guru, Trustee & Shri Giri, Help Desk Manager) visited Kakinada on 4-November-2024 to meet Padala Charitable Trust (PCT) Team and also observe on the Field Program Implementation as part of Nirantara Sahayak Program (NS6 Cohort – AP batch) – NGO Change Management and Support Services
Dhwani Foundation Team attended an SFLB (Swechha for Little Birds) session which focuses on creating awareness around Child sexual abuse and POCSO Act related information. It gives tips to children on Personal Safety Education. The Dhwani Team appreciated the session content and interactive mode of Presentation.
Dhwani Team later met PCT Leader Shri P V V Surya Prasad to know his inspiring Journey, followed by meeting PCT Board Trustees.
Dhwani Team met the entire PCT Team and had an exploratory session to know –
1. What makes PCT a Great Place to Work
2. How we impart training to newcomers
3. How we identify a person as Program lead
4. What changes would we like in PCT
Dhwani Team asked PCT Leadership Team about their experience of NS Program and areas where we could further enrich the learnings and experiences together.
PCT team deeply appreciates Dhwani Team for their openness in taking suggestions and being so supportive in making NGO’s sustainable and scalable.
The journey so far has been highly rewarding for each of us at PCT and enlightening us to keep learning new Processes and techniques to serve our communities better than ever!
