PCT was glad to be a training partner for AP Govt’s initiative Kishori Balika Vikasam in Kakinada District. This program aims to educate and empower the Adolescent Boys and Girls in terms of Menstrual Health Management (MHM), Hygiene, Personal Safety Education, CSA, POCSO, Emotional Well-being, Child Trafficking, Self Defence, Yoga.
Also, this program is supposed to take the knowledge to mandal level and then to village level teams so that every parent and adolescent child has right awareness
PCT provided the required awareness on Personal Safety Education, CSA and POCSO to all the attendees that included teachers, lecturers, medical staff, DRDA and other government staff from every mandal of the district.

As per the Collector’s instructions, PCT’s child-safety promo video was played at the beginning of the event. This video covers the topics of private body parts, safety rules, Child Sexual Abuse and different sections in POCSO act. The same video was launched by Hon’ble DyCM Shri. Pawan Kalyan on 14th November through Dy CMO’s social media handles of Twitter and Instagram-https://lnkd.in/gYGKZcZz
