Personal Safety Education for children has been the talk-of-the-district for the last few months in Kakinada of Andhra Pradesh, thanks to the able leadership and vision of the district collector Shri. Shan Mohan Sagili, IAS.
PCT has come up with a 3.5 mins promo video on Personal Safety Education that covers private body parts, safety rules, Child Sexual Abuse and different sections in POCSO act.
The same video was launched by Hon’ble DyCM Shri. Pawan Kalyan on 14th November through Dy CMO’s social media handles of Twitter and Instagram. https://lnkd.in/gYGKZcZz
The very next day on 15th November, the Collector took time to meet all HODs of the district, played the video in the meeting hall itself and sent a strong message about the seriousness of working towards child safety and security in the district. He also announced the district child helpline which will be handled by Padala Charitable Trust (PCT).
