On 10-11-2024, Sunday, Padala Charitable Trust (PCT) had the privilege of hosting a meeting with our donor, Sri @kumar bapuji kukunuru, and his wife Smt Prasanna madam. Bapuji Sir, the founder of Techgene Solutions Company in the United States, took time out of his busy schedule to interact with our students (beneficiaries) in a deeply personal and meaningful way.
Shri Bapuji and his wife tried to understand the challenges faced by his adopted students and offering guidance to help them overcome obstacles. During the meeting, he engaged with each student individually, inquiring about their education, family circumstances, and even their commute to college – a testament to his genuine care for their well-being, much like a father figure.
Bapuji Sir shared invaluable life lessons, emphasizing the importance of time management and how it has been a key factor in his own success. When one student asked about his decision to leave a stable job to start his own company, Bapuji Sir gave inspiring examples from his own life, encouraging the students to be brave and take calculated risks when pursuing their dreams.
The session concluded with Bapuji Sir addressing the Padala Charitable Trust team, offering his unwavering support for the future development of PCT. He expressed his commitment to playing a key role in the growth of the trust and its mission to support students in need.
We also discussed few Points on how to make beneficiary Students more successful –
1. Encouraging them to take up small Part time jobs will enable them to get practical and real time exposure to Workplace environments, help learn Time and Financial Management concepts
2. Create Employability framework, motivate them constantly and evaluate frequently to improve Success stories
